What you thought you knew about buying a house versus what you "should" know about buying a house!
I thought I knew a little bit about buying a house, turns out, I didn't know as much as I thought. We had been looking on Zillow prior to contacting Walter, thinking that what we were looking at was the real story. Walter brought me back into the light with his keen knowledge and foresight of market trends plus his familiarity with local neighborhoods. He informed us that Zillow was a website that showed you pictures of houses and approximate prices of that house, not real market value. We looked at several houses, thinking we would never find one that fit our family. We were also on a deadline with the house we were currently living in. We would find a home that we liked and proceeded to put an offer in but it would be gone before we could go any further. Walter would call and check to make sure we were continuously moving forward with our goals and priorities, he also made sure we did our homework and had new houses ready to go look at. When asked a question, Walter gives precise answers so you can make informed decisions. He allows you to control the process, inputting only to keep you focused on the prize. We finally found a house that fit all of our needs and worked tirelessly with Walter and our lender to make this dream come true.
